Treason was Committed against Somaliland |
Ibrahim Mead
They must not go scot-free
Some one must be accountable for this treason
Somaliland was dragged in to the Istanbul (Somalia) meeting, by no one other than the deceptive administration of Mr. Siilanyo in search of 'Money!!'
Since when do we sell our conscience and our country for (the sound) money, which would in the end find its rest place in to the deep pockets of a few!?
Politics of Ostrich is a tool Siilanyo and his clique often use
As the ostrich seeks to evade its pursuers by hiding his head in the sand, so Mr. Siilanyo and his circle make an effort to cover the failures and fallacy and out right deception with the mantle of lies rapped with lies which mostly comes from the mouth of his service men in the foreign office; presidency and the interior, but the veil is too thin to conceal what Mr. Siilanyo is hiding!
1- They already tarnished the dignity of Somaliland in so many times in so many ways, in so many places, all for some money!
2-They lied to the people not only this time but all the times!
They based their policies- foreign and local, on lies! They practice the policy of lies!
3- Although it was London (Somalia) conference which they shamed us and which they laid the ground for"Somaliaizing Somaliland" however this time they sold not only our soul, not only our dignity but the principlesand aspirations of Somaliland.
They sold the nation out; and they did not get the money! They have committed treason against what Somaliland stands for, for a long time! Let us call it what it is
Siilanyo and his shameless aids and functionaries must call in to account. I know that there is no institution living to do this job for our country but the citizens have to do their duty to stop Siilanyo and clique not to sell Somaliland for the distant sound of money! "They better find out another sleep" "khurekalay ha keenaaan"
"For the want of a nail the shoe was lost,
For the want of a shoe the horse was lost,
For the want of a horse the rider was lost,
For the want of a rider the battle was lost,
For the want of a battle the kingdom was lost,
And all for the want of a horseshoe-nail" [Franklin, poor Richard's almanac. 1758]
And all for the sound of money Somaliland lost its dignity, and probably its destination to reach its hopes, aspirations and dreams in the hands of the money chasers.
Peace and prayers for Somaliland
