The current reshuffle of certain Ministries in a an already very sick administration that had been in the ICU for recuperation, is not, but the usual side-tracking fictions of this Administration!! At a time the fiscal year Budget of the state is not presented to the Parliament on the third month of the year, a time corruption is right to the ears level, in the state Administration, yet very stunning is the nomination 0f Engr. Dhoolayare to the portfolio of justice!! Wow, an indication of a forth-coming legal crisis , the Gov't is about to attempt in the near future !!!
The ex-Agriculture Minister, who accompanied Mr. Riyale on his German Visit where an immateriality three factory projects for Berbra Region had been signed but went with the wind!! The fact that this Minister is counted to the very rare gentlemen in the cabinet of Ministers, the president relies on tough situations, taking him over to the Justice Ministry at this critical time, reveals as many political grudges in the making . l could foresee, the limping justice, being abdicated in an unprecedented yet project of the presidency to come!!
Termination of the current Hargeisa Group Hospital Management committee, was an exaggerated use of excess authority, indeed there had been among the the Committee, some true elite National Patriotic , who did make superb coordination efforts to join hands with some international and National NGO"S to extend and rebuild the hospital infrastructure, improved the hospital service Criteria, secured after restoring some of the lost Hospital reputation and performance , with many other objectives on the table for them to address . One thing we are quiet experts on , is that Corruption is much dangerous than any other known, human tragedy, because of it's lethal effects on the whole National Citizens and communities as well as it's propagation of Organized Crimes through every existing Gov't infrastructure.
Shifting Eng. Dholayare , from Agriculture to the Ministry of Justice at this particular time of the year , raises as many suspicions at most public community centers. Beyond any doubt of suspicion, UDUB is up to fabricating a new legal argument that accelerated this reshuffle at this electoral period, to avail Mr. Dhoolayare at the Justice Ministry!! while the Supreme Court had been added to the Directorate of the Presidency earlier, administratively, at least, where the president, who is also one of the Candidates to contend for the Executive National position, , will be in a position to be the unique Authority in the country!! Democracy??!!! hence is an spider's net-as far as this Administration is concerned- where policies are tailored to such a way of an Spider-Net and here, whoever catches-up with it, ends-up, into the Mouth of the Spider.
Very amusing is the multi-roles of the President in the Election Management and Control, while Contending. He is the head of state responsible in managing the whole Operation. He is the General Commander of the Armed Forces, He has an access to the National Bank for using public funds on his campaign, he has the supreme Court among his Directorate, Adding the Justice Minister into his personal roster , considering the long standing Gurti/presidential bilateral benefiting of extending Mandates to one another in the past years, we are getting very pessimistic of this current Move.
We are all prayers to Allah, to help us float over this election peacefully as his Majesty did help u on the other two previous ones. Somalilanders should see the significance of this Nationl Election and should ensure on their part, sustaining peace and order during and after Elections. We must be vigilant to the Maximum.
