Kanaan's Facebook account hijacked

Shams Arabic daily reported on Saturday that the Facebook account of Lebanese actress Revan Kanaan, who was in Riyadh recently to participate in the Eid festival there, was hacked after she sent personal details to a person who contacted her claiming to be a film director.
Surprise, surprise, the next time Kanaan tried to access her Facebook account she learned that the password had been changed. She immediately opened a new Facebook account to inform her fans and friends of what had happened, but many of them considered the new account a hoax, forcing the actress to use another form of communication to spread the word of the Facebook hijacking: the telephone.
